About Us

We pride ourselves on being a friendly club, in which we welcome all-comers, old and young.

Not only do we play croquet, but enjoy a social life which includes lunches, dinners and barbecues etc.

We only play golf croquet, as it provides a speedier game, thus enabling more people to play.

The membership numbers , on average, are approx 29.

Croquet is a great sport, and our club provides an environment to enjoy it both socially and competitively. For new members, we offer all the equipment, coaching, and playing facilities you’ll need to get going. For more experienced players we offer the chance to play competitively, both at home and representing the club outside.

Croquet Organisations

The club is a member of the Southern Croquet Federation, which coordinates clubs in the region, and organises leagues, development and coaching throughout the Southern counties and the Isle of Wight.

We’re also a member club of the Croquet Association, which is the governing body for croquet throughout England and Wales.
